NFAD is proud to host The Butterfly Mind Workshop this November – a powerful wellbeing and movement-based experience for young people in Years 6 to 13.
Led by mindset coach and former professional dancer Kim Rogers from The Butterfly Mind, this one-day workshop helps young people explore confidence, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience through creative and physical techniques.
Participants will learn:
- Stress-busting tools to manage anxiety and perfectionism
- Confidence-building strategies through movement and reflection
- Practical, accessible wellbeing habits to take home
Every student receives a 21-day wellness journal and take-home gift.
This is not a dance class, but a safe, supportive space to explore mental and emotional wellbeing through movement, conversation, and creative exercises.
Limited places available – booking now via the NFAD website.
