Strengthening Your Body for Everyday Life 
 
A gentle path to strength, balance, and a more relaxed body.

This 6 week series will run through April to May half term.
​
we’ll focus on:
building strength in a way that feels kind and sustainable
improving balance and coordination
supporting the back and whole body in everyday movement
and allowing space for tension to soften and release with deep healing relaxations.
The classes explore somatic movement flows to open the body and release physical tension, breathing and relaxation. I hope that you can join me.​
