- **Event Description**: As part of Wellness Wednesdays, we’re introducing something new – our monthly Wellness Walk, setting off from Stanwell House at 8.30am, taking place on the first Wednesday of the month.

This free, community-focused initiative is designed to bring local people together for a mindful opportunity to enjoy gentle exercise and connection. Led by our General Manager, Josie, and her friendly Vizslas, Tabi and Blake, the walk will be a relaxed and sociable way to start the day.

We’ll take a scenic route along Lymington’s sea wall, enjoying beautiful coastal views before heading back to the hotel. The walk will take around an hour and afterwards, why not treat yourself to a coffee and a slice of our delicious cake of the day in The Orangery?

While the walk is open to all, please be aware that the route may include uneven ground and gravel paths, making it less suitable for those with additional mobility needs.

No booking required – just turn up and join in! All are welcome to come and connect in a relaxed, sociable atmosphere.
