🔮🐺 East Boldre Gong Bath - November🔮🐺

Come and join us at East Boldre School Fields Hall for a relaxing and rejuvenating gong bath.

It is said that the sounds of the gong are so complex, our brains give up trying to analyse them & sends us into a state of meditation.


The gong is heard by our body; beyond the sounds we hear through our ears.

The gong can detoxify us, relieve stress, encourage creativity & increase productivity.



Please bring a yoga mat. pillow & blanket, or a camping chair if you'd prefer to be seated.

We can't wait to share the healing sounds of the gong to you!
