River Cafe book one supper club

This months supper club is a really special one… ‘The River Cafe Book One’, also known as ‘the blue book’, this one’s a really gem: we’ll be cooking ‘Maile al latte’ or pork in milk, gently simmered for hours in milk with sage and lemon, this is a delicious melting slow cooked dish. We’ll be using Al’s amazing pork from theoldways.farm
