Then this is the course for you.

We understand that jumps and drops can be scary when you are not sure how to tackle them. This course will break down the techniques, and provide the knowledge needed to feel confident and in control with your wheels in the air. You will leave feeling equipped to safely tackle, small, natural, jumps and drops as they appear out on the trail .

We breakdown what seems to be impossible, delivering simple techniques to help you understand how to ride jumps and drops safely and in control. We will start at the foundation of your riding, building up your base level knowledge and skill for that all important technique. 

To get the most out of this course we highly recommend attending our Core Skills and/or Trail Progression first. This will ensure you get the most out of the session and progress at a faster level. This course is aimed at riders looking to learn the basics for both jumps and drops with a big focus on control and safety. The course will be based around the skills areas and the fire roads at the Forest of Dean.
