Winter is the season of retreat. A time to draw energy inward, to rest and restore, and to tend to our inner world. It is a time to focus on what truly sustains us – practices that are grounding, warming, and nourishing in both body and mind.
Our bodies and minds are not separate from nature. We are not designed to bloom all year round. We need seasons of rest just as much as we need seasons of growth; and when we honour that, things tend to feel a little more easeful.
Join us for a day which includes yin yoga , a guide immersive sauna session, cold water swimming and songs around the firepit.
Leave feeling ready to welcome the season for what it is: a quiet pause, a chance to restore your energy, and an opportunity to reconnect with the deeper rhythms of your life, we all need…
