All cards are beautiful and have uplifting messages and meanings.We'll begin by getting comfortable in either a seated or lying position and then I will guide you through a beautiful meditation to help you settle into the session. Then to the sound of traditional sound healing music we'll maintain our meditative state through our hour together.Sound Healing with Helen is suitable for those looking to relax, restore and reconnect. It's for anyone looking to improve their sleep, calm their mind and experience the freedom of true lightness and connection with their self.Sound Healing with Reiki is deeply relaxing and perfect for self care of mind, body & soul. More and more people are feeling the benefits of this kind of nurturing self care.If you're sound sensitive, pregnant, have epilepsy, have a pacemaker, cochlear ear implant or other electrical medical implant, this particular session will not be suitable for you.The session will start at 5pm prompt so I advise that you arrive at 4.45pm to give yourself time to unwind and prepare.
