Inversion Workshop

Workshop: Inversions & Technique Join Nathalie Colavitti for a 2-hour hands-on workshop, exploring inversions within the Ashtanga Primary Series. We’ll begin with sun salutations and selected standing postures, then move into targeted drills, tips & preparatory exercises before diving into several inversion variations. Whether you’re new to inversions, want to refine your technique, or simply want to deepen your understanding of the Ashtanga fundamentals, this session offers guidance, safe progressions, and the chance to experiment in a supportive environment.
