Improv is a dynamic and energising way to spark creativity, build confidence, and strengthen communication skills that can help with public speaking, acting, or simply navigating everyday interactions with more ease and presence. This course offers a practical and enjoyable introduction to the fundamentals of improvisation in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Each weekly session focuses on a different improv skill, enabling us to delve into specific areas and reflect on our instinctive approaches. These skills extend far beyond improv, with many past students reporting improved confidence in social, professional, and day-to-day interactions. After a busy day, we will come together to be spontaneous, creative, and laugh our way through learning – no prior experience necessary! Plus, you'll form connections with fellow classmates and make new friends along the way.

By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident in:
- Initiating scenes
- Developing characters
- Utilising the power of your speaking voice
- Exploring emotional depth
- Using physical space in creative ways

You’ll also sharpen your foundations in improv skills such as:
- Active listening
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Being present in the moment
- Embracing and learning from mistakes

Course Highlights:

- Class Showcase: On Thursday February 12th at Rocas Bar, you’ll have the option to perform for a supportive audience of family and friends. Don't worry, performing is 100% optional and you can decide closer to the date if you'd like to participate.
- Social Opportunity: Improv is a team activity, and this course is a great way to meet new people. Enjoy a drink before or after class each week in our amazing venues!
- Join our Dig Deep Community: All Dig Deep students are encouraged to get involved in our vibrant community of over 100 active members. Join us for shows, jams and social events and widen your network of friends in Luxembourg
- Exclusive discounts: Course students get exclusive discounts to our regular Improv Jams which are one of the best ways to practice skills you learn in class

Spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot early. We can’t wait to improvise with you!

Course dates: Mondays 7-9pm on Jan 19, Jan 26, Feb 2, Feb 9, Feb 16. Optional showcase Thursday February 12th at Rocas
