In our fascia release workshops and retreats, we teach you how to embody the process of letting go physically, emotionally, and energetically.

As a physical therapist, I ground this work in anatomy and science. As an energy practitioner, I honor the subtle layers that can’t always be explained, but only felt.

When these worlds come together, something powerful happens.
And just as important, we laugh. We play. We connect. This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about listening. Softening.

And allowing your body to release what it no longer needs to carry.
Your body already knows how to let go. Sometimes it just needs the right environment to feel safe enough to do so.

All souls are welcome to join. No prior certifications needed.
