Together we’ll spend an entire afternoon exploring a variety of extraordinary musical experiences. I know modern music may seem distant to many, but only because no one has ever really helped you understand why it can actually be so enjoyable.On Sunday, November 23 at 4 p.m., our group will join the festival, starting with a concert evoking endangered animals. Then, in the foyer, we’ll experience a unique piece written for 100+4 (!!) saxophones — something you don’t get to see and hear every day! There will also be many fascinating sound installations to interact with. At 6:30 p.m., we’ll watch a work written for judokas (!!) and orchestra, and the evening will close with a world premiere.The special feature of this event is that before each performance, I’ll explain what you’re about to hear and see, helping you get a little closer to this exciting world — and the festival’s artistic director will also join us briefly as our guide.
