74th Annual Tri-State Band Festival

The Tri-State Committee welcomes high school marching bands from Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota to a competitive parade and field competition. For the competition's 74 years, the Committee has held true to create an event that provides the opportunity for bands to learn from each other. The parade event is free and open to the public. Admission to the field competition which starts at 12:30 pm is a band festival buttons. Buttons are on sale at the Luverne Chamber, on Main Street on Festival Day or at the Cardinal Field gate the day of competition.
