This 12-credit hour meditation certification program is designed to develop guided meditation facilitators that will deliver techniques of guided meditation in a practical and accessible way.
Participants in this training will dive into the art and science of guided meditation, understanding the principles and applications to help others gain insight and perspective.

This comprehensive program will explore:

The science of meditation
Meditation approaches, e.g. Yoga Nidra, Buddhist, Mantra etc.
The 8 limbs of Yoga focusing on pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.
Practical application and principles of guided meditation
Writing Meditation Scripts
Technique and delivery of guided meditations
Implementing guided meditation into your work
Teaching meditation in various and unique settings, e.g. trauma survivors, veterans, diverse populations, and other environments.
Day 2 will focus on Yoga Nidra 
This training aims to support yoga teachers, therapists, coaches and practitioners seeking to implement guided meditation into group classes, private sessions, workshops, personal practice and more.

Come explore the power of the mind and imagination to encourage deep, thoughtfulness and reflection.
