Teens can write, sketch, map, use short phrases, or simply notice what shows up during the process.No art skills or sandtray experience are needed. This workshop is designed to be creative, meaningful, and low-pressure. Sharing is always optional, and there is no right or wrong way to create.Date & TimeWorkshop Length: 1 hour 30 minutes per sessionSeries: 4 weekly sessionsDates: July 11th, July 18th, July 25th, and August 1stTime: Saturdays, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PMLocation: 18115 US-41 N, Suite 900, Lutz, FL 33549Workshop Series IncludesWeek 1: Grounding in the SandTeens will begin with sensory grounding, sand exploration, calming breathwork, and reflection. This week helps participants settle into the process and notice what feels steady, calming, or grounding.Week 2: Symbols & StrengthsTeens will choose miniatures that catch their attention and explore how symbols can represent strengths, support, feelings, identity, challenges, hopes, or personal meaning.Week 3: Build My Sand WorldTeens will create a meaningful sand world using sand, miniatures, space, story, movement, boundaries, and connection. This week invites creative reflection on what stands out, what feels important, and what the world may need.Week 4: Carry It ForwardTeens will create a final sand world and reflect on what they learned, what they want to remember, and what strength, value, boundary, hope, or reminder they want to carry forward.What’s IncludedEach participant will receive:Individual sandtray setup during the workshopAccess to miniatures, sand tools, and sensory materialsA workbook for writing, sketching, mapping, or reflectionWriting and creative materialsLight refreshments and drinksRegistrationEarly Bird Series Pass - $140Includes all 4 weekly Sandtray Workshop sessions.
