Hosted at the Cotesbach Educational Trust, this session will draw inspiration from recipes preserved in the Trust’s archives, alongside a few of Josh’s own favourites.Together we’ll explore how rhubarb has been used in traditional cooking, from comforting crumbles to some interesting savoury dishes. Participants will get involved by making a rhubarb crumble to take away and preparing yoghurt flatbreads to enjoy during the session with rhubarb pickle and chutney. Along the way, we’ll also talk about growing rhubarb, share practical gardening tips, and touch on some of the fascinating science behind this remarkable plant.This workshop will take place in the Glasshouse a modern, accessible building nestled in the historic setting of the Cotesbach Educational Trust.
