The course will pay particular emphasis on how the model contract can be used for the automated material handling systems and logistics industry. Tony is also able to support the application of MF/1 contracts internationally.The training course is tailored to all those responsible for and, involved in, the negotiation and execution of commercial supply and installation contracts in the materials handling industry. It is also suitable for both the Commercial team and will provide a good overview of the MF/1 model contract for Sales, Projects and Design and Engineering teams who are involved in commercial discussions with customers and suppliers.Tony will share his commercial and legal expertise in relation to automated handling projects using MF/1 and other forms of contract.We welcome delegates for registration and breakfast refreshments from 0900 hours. The session will commence at 0930.We are able to offer this outstanding opportunity to AMHSA members at an "early bird" booking price of just £299.00 + v.a.t. & fees.
