Welcome to “Feel | Connect | Paint,” our transformative 4-week program designed for individuals aged 6 to 16. In this empowering journey, we harness the power of art as a tool for reconnecting with your authentic self.

Emotion art therapy is a profound method of artistic expression, allows you to delve into your innermost thoughts and emotions, fostering mindful coping strategies for everyday life.

In our nurturing space, you’ll be guided and fully supported to unlock a new toolkit for release and self-discovery. Beyond the canvas, the act of creating art becomes a transcendent experience, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Each week unfolds as a progressive journey.

Discover that painting is more than a beautiful experience; it’s a journey that positively impacts various aspects of life. Regardless of age, it encourages freedom of expression, releases inhibitions, and fosters understanding and connection.

Each of the 4 sessions is fully tailored to explore your emotions through art, utilizing visual arts for processing emotions and facilitating self-expression. The goal is to improve psychological well-being.
