​Step into this immersive and disciplined retreat to move beyond postures into a deeper exploration of consciousness itself. It is an opportunity to reconnect your practice with the larger questions that first drew many of us to yoga: Who are we? What is awareness?  What does it mean to live with clarity and depth?

We will explore how different traditions have understood the nature of mind and awareness — from ancient shamanic cosmologies to contemporary neuropsychology. By placing these perspectives in dialogue, their differences sharpen, their overlaps illuminate, and yoga philosophy emerges more clearly within the broader philosophical and spiritual landscape.
This retreat unfolds within a steady rhythm of early mornings, intentional silence, and cultivated stillness. Daily meditation, breathwork, and sustained philosophical inquiry will not only deepen your practice but refine how you understand your own experience.


This is a space to reconnect with yourself — on the mat, in dialogue, and in reflective exploration — and to leave with a clearer, more integrated understanding of consciousness and your place within it.
