- **Event Description**: This notice serves to inform all ZIBFS students who will complete their studies in 2025 across various levels that the 2026 ZIBFS Graduation Ceremony will take place in March 2026 as follows.

DATE: Saturday, 14 March 2026
VENUE: New Government Complex, adjacent to Lusaka Museum, Lusaka
TIME: 08:30 hours

COMPULSORY GRADUATION FEES:
The graduation registration fee (also covering hire of graduation gown) is compulsory for all eligible graduates, regardless of attendance at the Ceremony. All graduation-related fees will be published separately in due course. 

Required payment: 2026 annual membership subscription fee plus the 2026 graduation fee.

DEADLINE FOR GRADUATION REGISTRATION: 28 February 2026.

GRADUATION LISTS:
The first draft list of graduating students will be published on Institute platforms in January 2026.
Eligible graduates should review the list for accuracy and promptly report any misspellings or omissions. Feedback must be submitted to the Institute by 14 February 2026 to facilitate final list generation.

GRADUATION REHEARSALS:
Rehearsal date and location: Thursday, 12 March 2026, New Government Complex main hall, 14:30–15:30 hours.

This is a notice to all ZIBFS students who have completed or will complete their studies in the course of 2025 at various levels, that the 2026 ZIBFS GRADUATION CEREMONY will be held in March 2026 as follows: 

DATE: SATURDAY 14TH MARCH 2026
VENUE: New Government Complex, Next to Lusaka Museum, Lusaka.
TIME: 08:30hours

COMPULSORY GRADUATION FEES:
Please note that the graduation fee is COMPULSORY, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not. The deadline for graduation registration is 28th February 2026, by way of paying the 2026 annual membership subscription fee and the graduation fee.

The 1st draft list for all graduating students will be shared on Institute platforms separately in January 2026. 

All students who are eligible to graduate are advised to check the list at the time and quickly notify the Institute if any of the names are wrongly spelled or if they have been completely omitted from the list. This feedback should be given to the Institute before 14th February 2026 to prepare for the generation of the final graduation list.

GRADUATION REHEARSALS:
The graduation rehearsal will be held on Thursday 12th March 2026 at the New Government Complex main hall from 14:30hrs - 15:30hrs.

All graduation fees will be published separately in due course.
