Weaving in Yoga Nidra, the art of deep sleep and dream-journeying, paired with live sound, invites you into a super sound relaxation and transformative healing space with lasting relaxation and well-being effect.
Sound is known for its deeply healing, regenerative and balancing effect on mind, body and soul, and is a powerful generator of energy, helps release blockages and cleanses your cell and energetic body, so that you can vibrate on a higher frequency and experience more joy, and feeling 'alive' and 'light'.
Paired with guided visualisation, this journey invites you to time travel to other dimensions/ dream states, enjoying explorations beyond the physical, and receiving guidance, inspiration and insight.
Your body is a temple, and we warmly invite you to treat it that way !
Mats, blocks, blankets, chair and sofa places provided. Please bring cosy layers/socks + extra blanket and cushion, if you like.
