Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and restoration at our Restorative Yoga class. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Greenway Farms in Hixson, this gentle class is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reset—physically and mentally—so you can set the tone for the week ahead.

No experience needed. Just bring a mat, wear comfy clothes, and come ready to unwind.
