Biotech companies are often dependent on collaborations with big pharma companies for their survival and growth. At the same time, we know that many such collaborations fail to deliver the intended results. Trust is one of the most important factors behind sustainable partnerships but building trust in a business-to-business context is not always easy. In this workshop, we discuss the role of trust; why it sometimes breaks down and how to build trust over time.
The workshop is led by Anna Brattström, Associate senior lecturer at Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship.
Organizers: Sten K. Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship at Lund University in collaboration with Medicon Village, and supported by Sparbanksstiftelsen Finn
This is an online workshop only - no physical attendance.
