En öppen practica med tydlig riktning.
Varje tillfälle har ett definierat tema som ger struktur åt kvällen - till exempel gångkvalité, kontakt, rotation eller musikalisk fras. Temat fungerar som ett fokus för träningen, men du väljer själv hur du arbetar med det.
Formatet är enkelt:
- Ingen tanda- eller ronda-struktur
- Ingen prestationskultur
- Fri träning i din egen takt
Practican är öppen för alla.

An open practica with clear direction.
Each session has a defined theme that structures the evening — for example walking quality, connection, rotation, or musical phrasing. The theme provides focus, but you decide how you work with it.
The format is simple:
- No tanda or ronda structure
- No performance culture
- Free training at your own pace
The practica is open to everyone.
Time: Mondays 20:00–21:30
Location: Lund
Entrance: 120 SEK
