As a caregiver, you spend most of your days taking care of others, offering your time, attention and heart. And this is beautufil 😊
This time I invite you to spend some time to take care of yourself, being fully present with your needs and notice what it is alive within you.
It is necessary to pause and rest, in order to serve others. ❣
The workshop will start with soft yoga flow, to feel your body and connect. Then we continue with gentle breathwork and guided relaxation to allow you to rest in the stillness. We will have some time to reflect and journal.
I will also share some tips for short breaks during busy everyday life to stay connected and take care of yourself.
After the session you will feel recharged and connected. 💓
