We’ll look at:
• How AI is influencing different fields and tasks
• Skills that continue to be valuable across roles and industries
• Practical tools that can support your development
• How to build a personal 90 day “Futureproof Plan” plan with small but steady steps forward

This is a new project Neal Greenspan's been working on since early 2025, and you will be the first ones to experience this hands-on workshop. You will leave with a clearer understanding of your strengths and a plan you can start using right away.

International professionals who want to feel more grounded and supported while navigating the Swedish job market.
