It's inspired by history's largest cooperative project China's "Belt and Road Initiative" (BRI) or the New Silk Roads which started ten years ago and now involves 150 countries.The aim of the SPAR project is to contribute to peace through intercultural dialogue and ongoing art creation with Chinese artists.I am here to tell you more about it all.
