When is the last time you made a decision without second-guessing it?

I often hear people speaking and asking, but they already know the answer. That trust and connection to the self got a little mismatched along the way. Often coated in other behaviors like people pleasing, not speaking up. It is not a lack of confidence. It can often be because of the disconnection between your body, your mind and your soul.

Most retreats give you tools. This is not a retreat, this is an immersion. Because tools without understanding are just more things to manage. Understanding changes how you move through everything.

Simone and I have woven together my Body Mind and Soul: The Integrated System and Simone's IFS-informed psycho-spiritual approach so that nothing gets bypassed and nothing gets left behind. Every element of this weekend was designed with intention. From the land we chose, to the cedar we will gather by hand, to the sequence of experiences across both days. Nothing is accidental.

What you will experience:

✨9D Breathwork.
✨A sunset sound bath with the horses in the field.
✨An IFS parts work guided meditation walk.
✨Cedar clearing
✨Morning yoga and sound
✨Ceremonial cacao & Shamanic journeying 
✨Creative expression through painting and planting.
✨Integration circles.

🌮And we are going to feed you and provide snacks the whole way through, so you do not have to worry about a thing.

Three 9D Breathwork journeys across the weekend. Three opportunities to access what the mind cannot reach on its own, and to land it in the body so it sticks.

Why this works:
You cannot think your way out of a pattern that lives in your body. You cannot read your way out of it either. You have to go in. And when you remove the programs, understand where they are rooted from, and create change with integration tools in real time, you are able to build an enormous amount of self-trust. When you come back to that self-trust, your inner voice gets louder, your decisions get easier, and programs like people pleasing start to fall away. Not because you stopped caring. But because you finally care about yourself just as much. That is such a beautiful shift.

Who will be in the room, or valley for that matter:
We are capping this at 30 people, on purpose. So the conversations in the intimate spaces and around the fire-season safe fire, everyone can be heard and connect.
The people you will spend this weekend with are aligned enough to know that something is holding them back from the "thank you universe, more please." They want to curate the most intentional life, beyond the programs. They are functioning, capable, often high-achieving people who have a quiet sense that they have been living slightly outside of themselves for a while. 

Or maybe they just want a wicked weekend away with genuinely great people. That is just as valid a reason to show up.

You do not have to know anyone in that room. You just have to know that you are ready.

The land:
Creighton Valley does something to people. The first time I drove out to this space, there was a curve on the highway where the valley just opened up, completely hugged by the mountains on every side. I took a deep breath. I deeply remember that breath. Nothing felt obstructed. Nothing. I have not forgotten that moment.
When you are standing in a field with mountains on every side, it is hard to be anywhere but there. There is no pretending. There is no performing. There is just you, and the land, and whatever is actually true.

👉Good to know:

This is a fully sober event. The work we do together requires you to be fully present, and the experiences are powerful enough on their own.

No cell service on the property. Starlink Wi-Fi is available. We also gently encourage you to use this weekend as an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world. That is, after all, exactly what you came for.

No prior experience with breathwork or IFS is needed. You will be guided every step of the way. The space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
