Discover the practice of Reiki in a calming, supportive, in-person setting. This first-degree class is designed to teach you how to use Reiki for relaxation, stress relief, and self-care—and how to share this gentle healing art with others.

You’ll receive three traditional attunements, hands-on practice using time-honored techniques, and guidance to build your confidence as a new practitioner.

At the end of class, you’ll be certified as a First-Degree (Shoden) Reiki practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system. You’ll also receive a printed certificate, textbook, class manual, additional class resources guide, and ongoing support after class.
