Pilates was invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s.  Originally called “Contrology”, Mind+Body+Breath come together as you CONTROL your body.  ?Pilates is all about technique and form.  You can take the Pilates priciples with you, whatever your work out style.  Or if you are starting out, what better way to begin than with high attention to detail and core strength.  ✨
