About the event

NASAR FUNSAR / SAR Tech 2

We will be hosting the National Association of Search and Rescue Fundamentals of Search and Rescue Course (FUNSAR) and the SAR Tech 2 Test over 2 weekends:
July 10th 6pm-10pm
11th 8am-6pm?
12th 8am-6pm?
17th 6pm-10pm
18th 8am-6pm?
19th 8am-4pm?
End times are flexible to cover the course and time requirements.
The FUNSAR Course is intended to train Search and Rescue personnel planning to challenge the SAR Tech 2 testing under the NASAR national standards.
This course is only one course in a journey to becoming a proficient searcher for lost and missing persons in the wilderness environment.

Additional details will be added in this event with the cost and for other pre-requisites to successfully obtaining the SAR Tech 2 Certification.

This class is open to individuals and members of other Search and Rescue teams.
