Special Series: Winters Rest & Release

When winter draws us inward, the body calls for softness, stillness, and deep replenishment. Winter Rest is a 60-minute restorative yoga series designed to honor the quiet season—an invitation to melt into blankets, soften the breath, and let the cold months become a portal into rest.

This gentle practice combines long-held restorative postures, grounding breathwork, and seasonal rituals to calm the nervous system and release tension. Bolsters, blankets, and supportive props cradle the body, allowing deep relaxation without effort.
