For 6 weeks at Mystic Willow, we’ll explore the chakras with restorative yoga and sound healing. Each class is centered on a different chakra, supporting balance, ease, and renewal as we move into the holiday season.

Imagine heading into the season feeling grounded, peaceful, and supported.

No prior yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to rest.
