Full Moon Healing Circle

As the final full moon of the year rises, we gather in reflection and release. The Cold Moon, also known as the Long Night Moon, marks a threshold between completion and renewal.

This workshop includes:
• Guided reflective meditation focused on release and transition
• Journaling prompts to ground your insight
• Creation of your own full moon ritual bath salt using essential oils, salts, and botanicals
• Three curated blend options or intuitive mixing guidance
• Instructions for using your blend in a personal full moon ritual

All supplies are provided. Participants leave with a custom bath salt and full instructions for at-home integration.

This gathering offers a calming, somatic, and spiritually-rooted way to honor the end of the year. No prior experience with meditation or ritual work is needed—just an open heart and willingness to release.
