Winter Lighthouse Pastel Painting w/ Marie Marifa

Embrace the winter season by painting a dramatic Ludington lighthouse surrounded by snow and ice. Artist Marie Marfia will lead you through the process, teaching you essential soft pastel mark-making and underpainting techniques. You’ll explore how to use pastels to create light, shadow, and texture, resulting in a beautiful winter landscape.

This class is open to all skill levels. All materials provided.

About the Instructor
Marie Marfia is known for her captivating paintings of skeletons, portraits, and landscapes. With a background in graphic design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kendall College of Art & Design, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work.
