Each month focuses on one common theme such as overthinking, self-trust, motivation, emotional regulation, guilt around rest, food and body relationship, or confidence.

This is not stage hypnosis. You will not be asleep, unconscious, embarrassed, or out of control. Group hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state where your body softens, your mind settles, and your inner attention becomes easier to guide.

You remain aware and in charge of your experience the entire time.

This experience includes guided hypnosis and journaling for integration. Journaling is part of the process because change needs somewhere to land.

Please bring a journal and something to write with. You will also need supplies to build your nest: a mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, and eye cover are all recommended. Limited chair seating is available.

This is slow, quiet, and inward-focused. It is not a group processing session.

Space is limited to 10 attendees. Advance ticket reservation is required.

Good to know: Hypnosis is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. This class is for self-reflection and personal growth.
