Canopy Space is the Indie Folk Duo of Rick Magrath and Annie Gallie. Passionate and energetic on stage, they bring a love of lyric and composition to their music. As English teachers, what began in 2009 as a fun way to add music to school events and to decompress after a day of teaching, gradually turned into friendship and collaboration. Canopy Space performs acoustic original music and covers in West Michigan venues. Their original compositions explore the ups and downs and dreams and hopes of being human.
