Refund Policy – Bollywood Trivia Night

Thank you for your interest in Bollywood Trivia Night presented by Bae फ़िज़ूल in collaboration with Ginger Eats & Arts. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking your ticket.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refund requests will only be accepted up to 48 hours before the event (i.e., before 7:00 PM on 2nd May 2025).
• Refunds will be processed in case of:
• Duplicate bookings
• Event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer

Non-Refundable Situations:

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Tickets purchased are non-transferable and valid only for the date/time mentioned.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please email or WhatsApp us with your booking ID, name, and reason for cancellation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
