FunctionAll Basketball Camp (Lucena City, Philippines)

Coach Banj (@mrmovewithpurpose) to deliver a unique basketball training experience - skill development (how to train skills on your own), team concepts (developing IQ and maximising team work) and basketball strength application (how to develop strength to compliment your basketball skill development).

This session is aimed at individual skills development - ball handling, shooting, defence, decision making - and understanding team concepts - moving without the ball, getting team mates open and more. Athletes will learn skills on a much deeper level to help expand their execution as well as their understanding of the game. We adapt our drills to provide a better relationship between practice and the actual game. The aim is to provide value through exercises and drills that translate to in game performance.

Not specific to any age, however a minimum of 8+ years recommended due to skill demand. Athletes will be grouped based on age & experience.
