The inaugural lecture will be delivered by Shannon Ferrell, J.D., from Oklahoma State University on May 20, 2026, with a noon lecture held at the National Ranching Heritage Center in Lubbock, Texas, and a second lecture by Ferrell to follow at the Plainview Country Club in Plainview, Texas, at 6:00 PM.
