If you’ve been wanting to earn your Technician‑level (Element 2) Amateur Radio License, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn, practice, and test—all in one day.

You’ll spend the day studying the question pool, taking practice exams, asking questions, and building confidence before sitting for the actual Element 2 exam that afternoon.

This Ham‑in‑a‑Day class is presented by the Lubbock County Office of Emergency Management, with the LBB‑TX VE Team administering the exam session.

To sign up for the class, please send an email to EmergencyManagement@lubbockcounty.gov .

Please note that space may be limited, with priority given to Emergency Response Personnel.

All applicants are kindly asked to pre‑register for the exam session using this link:
