Fitness in the Park

Jump into your weekend with a free outdoor workout at Mae Simmons Park as part of our Fitness in the Park series! This all-levels class is led by local certified instructors and is a great way to get moving, connect with others, and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.

Event Highlights:
• Free community class – no registration needed
• All ages and fitness levels welcome
• Certified instructors from the Lubbock area
• Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, and sunscreen
