We all sometimes overindulge, and we all know how unpleasant it feels to follow our cravings. However, sometimes we find ourselves stuck or unable to break away from our cravings. The good news is our habits are not fixed, and with the right strength of mind, we can change them. Learn how to overcome the inner obstacles we face and conquer our cravings.
Buddha gave meaningful teachings that can help us achieve this goal. With wisdom and effort, we can definitely make a change in our life.
Class format:
20 minutes guided breathing meditation
40 minute teaching
10 minute guided meditation on the teaching
10 minutes discussion
