Combined Mindfulness and Soundbath Session

Escape the stress of everyday life and immerse yourself in a unique deeply healing experience combining the presence of Mindfulness with the Healing Vibration of Sound.

We will start off with a deeply grounding and relaxing Guided Mindfulness Meditation. After this, you are invited to let the soothing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls wash over you, calming your mind, restoring your energy and helping you find peace within.

Bring yoga mats and a blanket and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.

Cost is £25 payable by cash on the door or bank transfer in advance. However you choose to pay, you MUST have booked your place. I cannot accept people who turn up on the day as places are limited.

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy.
