We were too once — and we remember exactly what it felt like to walk into a yoga space for the first time. If you’ve been curious about yoga but weren’t sure where to start, this is for you.
Join us Sunday, January 4th from 1:00 -2:30 PM for a welcoming, beginner-friendly series designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and supported as you learn the basics of yoga in a relaxed environment. We’ll break down the terminology, move through foundational yoga poses step-by-step, and introduce simple breathwork practices to help you feel calm and grounded. Each session will also include guided meditation so you can experience the full mind-body benefits of yoga, not just the workout.
And as a bonus, you’ll be practicing inside one of the most beautiful practice spaces in the country — the 700 sq ft Prana Dome at Floating Lotus Farm. It’s bright, peaceful, and truly inspiring, with the kind of energy that makes you instantly exhale the moment you step inside. Whether you’re brand new or returning to yoga after time away, this space makes every practice feel special.
No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just come as you are.
You’ll leave with:
