Mindful Music

This is a fun and casual music session aimed at improving wellbeing. Tea and coffees are provided and our facilitator Greg is kind, caring and supportive to members, who can engage as little or as much as they would like in the music and singing.

We also encourage participants to share music that inspires them and evokes emotion.

Participants can play instruments provided by us, or bring their own.

It is a jam session, with chat and meditation to support mental health and improve wellbeing.
