The TestostaTones are set to entertain audiences once again with their latest production, “Let’s Go to the Hop,” marking a return to the Seagull Theatre for the third instalment of their 1950s jukebox trilogy.
Following the success of “The Story of Doo-Wop” and “Shake, Rattle and Roll,” this brand-new show dives even deeper into the golden decade that revolutionised music across the globe.
“Let’s Go to the Hop” transports audiences straight to the heart of the 1950s, when Doo-Wop and Rock ‘n’ Roll sparked a cultural explosion. The show celebrates the timeless hits of legendary artists such as the Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Ray Charles, Eddie Cochran, Bobby Darin, and many more.
Described as "a nostalgic journey celebrating the indomitable spirit of the ‘50s and a seminal time in music," audiences can expect a non-stop parade of classic tunes, four part harmony and toe-tapping energy. With irrepressible songs and an irresistible singalong vibe, it promises to have you clapping, singing, and dancing from start to finish.
Don’t miss your chance to experience the magic of 'Let’s Go to the Hop.'
