Join me for a deeply relaxing guided meditation, created to help you slow down, quieten the mind ,  reconnect with yourself, leave yourself feeling calmer, lighter, grounded and beautifully restored.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, and give yourself permission to pause.

THIS IS A FRAGRANCE FREE EVENT.  Please come without perfume/ fragrance for the comfort/ health  of everyone attending . ( underarm deodorant is ok😊)

A cushion for head if you wish to lay on our comfy mats.

Bolsters , some blankets and eye masks are available at the studio  .
