Join us for a healing evening of drumming and guided meditation, hot herbal drinks or tea/ coffee( also decaf) and biscuits. 

This month we will be walking a Labyrinth, created by our wonderful Willow Wand who will be tapping into Earth energies between the 2 main key lines across the eland ( on the village green which is situated next to the village hall) . With the steady beat of the drum by both Willow and I, we will lead you through a mindful Labyrinth walk . 

What is a Labyrinth? 

A labyrinth walk is an active, meditative practice involving walking a single, winding path toward a central point and back out, used for prayer, reflection, or stress reduction. Unlike a maze, it has no dead ends or tricks, offering a peaceful, safe journey to quiet the mind.
You may choose to set a question or intention,  prior to stepping into the Labyrinth and with quiet contemplation during your walk, listen within as , once completed , you may received the answer …..

Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension. A wonderful sense of community is felt during the gathering, leaving you relaxed.

PARKING - ample car park at the village hall 

 REFUNDS cannot be offered but you may transfer your place to another person. ☺️
