East Coast Drum Circle - Lound 7pm

Welcome to our DRUM CIRCLE - just £10pp

This month we gather around the time of the Beaver full moon 🌝

Come and join us for a monthly drumming circle at Lound Village hall NR32 5LL

£10 pp includes use of drum, poetry , guided meditation, oracle cards, releasing exercise on full moon gatherings , hot herbal drinks or tea/ coffee( decaf)

Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension. A wonderful sense of community is felt during the gathering, leaving you relaxed.

Lound Village Hall, NR32 5LL

PARKING - ample car park at the village hall
REFUNDS cannot be offered but you may transfer your place to another person. ☺️
NB those with problems with their ears(drums) or any other chronic medical condition, should contact and seek advice from their GP prior to attending this circle.
